Terms and Conditions MariaTogel — Official Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mariatogel ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or begin using any part of the mariatogel platform.

By clicking the "Register", "I Agree" button, or any action indicating your consent during the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this Agreement.

Mariatogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the mariatogel platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must meet all of these conditions in order to register and use our services:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age under the laws applicable to betting in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• You are an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party.
• You are not on any prohibited players list, including mariatogel employees and their immediate family members.
• You are not residing in or accessing the platform from a region where online wagering activities are prohibited.
• You have not been diagnosed with or identified as having an active gambling addiction.
• The information you provided during registration is accurate, truthful and up to date.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at mariatogel. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or devices — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials strictly confidential.
• Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
• Notifying mariatogel immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and email address.

Mariatogel shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Mariatogel supports a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods for members in Malaysia. All deposits are processed through encrypted and recognised payment gateways.

• Local bank transfer (FPX) via all major Malaysian banks.
• Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
• Local digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and others.
• Manual interbank bank transfer.
• Preferred cryptocurrency — details are available in the Deposit section of the platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once a transaction has been successfully processed.

Withdrawal of winnings at mariatogel is processed efficiently and transparently. The following terms and procedures must be observed by all members:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process.
• Every first withdrawal request requires full KYC verification before it is processed.
• Approved withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the selected method and the time the request is submitted.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering (rollover) requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Mariatogel reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity. In such cases, our team will contact you within 24 hours for further information.

Mariatogel offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover ratio is stated clearly on every promotional offer.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who register and make their first deposit. One account, one welcome bonus.
• Mariatogel reserves the right to void any bonuses and related wins if there is evidence of fraud, system abuse, or violation of terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Some promotions have limited timeframes. Expired bonuses cannot be redeemed.
• The maximum betting limit when playing with bonus funds is RM 20 per bet unless otherwise stated.

All games offered on the mariatogel platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by an independent body to ensure fairness and transparency in every game round. The result of each game is final and cannot be disputed except in cases of verifiable technical error.

• In the event of a technical error or system disruption, mariatogel reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as claims for damages.
• Betting using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method is a serious violation that may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
• Mariatogel reserves the right to reject or void any wagers placed during technical disruptions or when game limits have not been observed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mariatogel platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary:

• Multiple Account Ownership — registering more than one account under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Money Laundering — using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Payment Fraud — using a credit card, bank account, or payment details that do not belong to you.
• Bonus Abuse — exploiting the bonus system through wagering techniques aimed at accumulating bonuses without genuine risk.
• Unauthorised collusion — colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live games.
• Use of Unauthorised Software — using any software that provides an unfair advantage, including betting bots or automated calculation tools.
• Identity Fraud — providing false personal information or impersonating another person.

Either you or mariatogel may terminate the account with reasonable notice. The following conditions apply to account closure:

• You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of a brief review.
• Mariatogel reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or for security reasons.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 or the total remaining account balance (whichever is lower) will be charged until the account is closed or the member logs in again.
• Following account closure, all personal data will be retained for the period required under applicable data protection legislation.

To the extent permitted by law, mariatogel shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, ISP issues, or force majeure.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by user negligence.
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

Mariatogel's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Mariatogel is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All data you provide is collected and processed solely for service operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmission between your device and our servers. Your data will not be sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Mariatogel reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in urgent situations requiring immediate amendment.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you have the right to close your account before the amendment comes into effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal legal proceedings are initiated.
